KERALA ENGINEERS HOLDINGS Inc. a promising initiative of Kerala Engineers Residing Abroad (KERA) holding responsible positions set over the world, aiming at community development and welfare of professionals and entrepreneurs meeting socio economic commitment towards the home state. KEH has been formulated for piloting projects and investments globally –especially at home state Kerala. This platform provides the member engineers community the opportunities for investment and project implementation under one umbrella on share holding pattern. Plans & projects suiting industrial environment of Kerala has been identified through elaborate and precise feasibility studies utilising professional consultants for becoming the parts of the industrial welfare and development programmes and process of the state.

As a major step towards professional & entrepreneurship development, Kerala Engineers Residing Abroad has actively involved in making a meaning full and successful participation in EMERGING KERALA PROGRAMMS utilizing the schemes and opportunities. We have initiated our plans by conducting GEMTEX-2012 (Global Engineers Meet & Technical Exhibition) in May 2012 coupled with the EMERGING KERALA ROAD SHOW in UAE.  Drawn from there we have presented our proposal of KERA Industrial City Cluster I, II, III to Hon. Chief Minister Mr.Ommen Chandi  and Industrial Minister Mr. P.K. Kunjalikutty during Pravasi Bharadhya Diwas 2013 held at Kochi. With their blessings and motivation KEH was incorporated in the year 2013 in British Virgin Islands and its subsidiary company in Dubai (under incorporation) & Kochi, in India.

OPERATION STRUCTURE:

Kerala Engineers Holding Inc, is a B.V.I company incorporated in the British Virgin Islands to consolidate investments in various Industrial Projects in Kerala. The list of projects shall cover different manufacturing sectors such as

• General Engineering and Processing 
• Electrical, Electronics and Solar Equipments
• Food Processing, Packaging, Pharmaceuticals, Cosmetics 
• Chemicals and Processing 

The B.V.I Company shall have direct equity participation in the above Industrial Projects to be setup in Kerala according to the recommendations of KEH Investment Board. The land required for the projects shall be secured through its subsidiary company, Kerala Engineers Holdings(India) Pvt.Ltd (herein referred to as KEH India) setup in Kerala.
