Services to project promoters include execution of the project from concept to commission with the following support and consultancy services as required through nominated /appointed project consultants:
- Identification of suitable projects
- Advice on selection of appropriate project to the relevant entrepreneur- promoter, according to optimal budget and structure.
- Pre-feasibility study and preparation of complete techno commercial viability report with advice on risk factors and contingencies, Source of Finance, Design Selection & Inspection of Plant & Machinery, Selection and Training of Managerial & Technical staff etc.
- Pre evaluation review, coordination and implementation of the project with efficient project management services including close supervision, erection and commissioning of the plant, and streamlining of the production.
- Management contract of the plant, if required
- Marketing Consultancy support, if required
- Total Management consultancy for the unit, if required.
